Occasionally I get overwhelmed with excitement about products I’m using, so I just wanted to give you a peek into what I’m obsessed with right now.
Bumble and Bumble Thickening Dryspun Finish. You guys, don’t buy this! You’ll hate me because it’s so fabulous and smells so delicious, and it ain’t cheap. It instantly takes my hair from “whatever mom hair” to “edgy lob chic texture hair.” But you know how some of those texturizing products make your hair feel gross and gritty? Not this one, it’s like silk baby.
Skinauthority Olive, Fig, Shea Butter Body Cream. One whiff of this rich cream and you’ll instantly feel like you are at the spa. It has a blend of essences and oils that smell divine. It’s deeply hydrating and soothes my skin, perfect for my hands and heels this time of year. Stay tuned at the end of this post for a Skinauthoriry giveaway.
Fresh Sugar lip balm. Seriously, I LOVE this stuff. It’s hydrating, the colors are so pretty, and it looks like just a casual wash of color which is what I want 90% of the time. I can pull it out of my purse on the way to Target, slap some on and feel like I have a little color without looking like I’m trying too hard. Sephora has the mini ones in a set right now and it would make a great gift. Hint hint. Wink Wink.
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation. Probably my favorite foundation ever. I used to use this foundation when I lived in California and got it gratis. Then I moved to Alabama and with the climate here, let’s just say it wasn’t right with the humidity. But lately my skin has changed again, and I have been loving it in this colder weather. It’s a splurge, I’m not going to lie. But, if you are going to splurge on anything, splurge on foundation and skin care.
NYX HD Photogenic Concealer. This is such a great drugstore find! It works great to cover blemishes, redness, and under the eye. $4. Come on!
Josie Maran Argan Infinty Lip and Cheek creamy oil in Everlasting Honey. This is like dewy cherub cheeks in a tube, and a sheer lip tint in one product. Not that I need the help with the chubby cheeks, but you know. Love it for my purse, great for winter skin.
Also, I’m obsessed and have to brag (sorry) about my new Cailtin Wilson Gold Fleur pillow that I used for the background of this picture, I picked it up at Cureture. But mostly because I think she can do no wrong design-wise and I have been eyeing her stuff since she started her line. Basically, on a resident’s budget a new couch isn’t going to happen so I thought I’d pretty up our microfiber mess of a sectional.
